Ovation Pulse

Ovation Pulse

One sign-on. Every part of the operation.

Pulse is Ovation's own operating platform — the apps our teams use to run venues, kitchens and event days. One Ovation identity opens all of them, and only the parts your role needs.

What Pulse does

The small, daily jobs of hospitality — held in one place.

Counting stock, ordering, recording a licence check, closing off a fault, seeing who has arrived for an event. Pulse doesn't replace the systems we already run on — it connects them, and gives the work a single front door.

One identity

Your Ovation ID is the same in every app. One password, one place to reset it, and access that follows you when your role or site changes.

Apps that fit the job

Each app does one part of the operation properly, on a phone in a kitchen or a laptop in an office. Nothing you don't need is in the way.

A record that holds up

Checks, counts, approvals and sign-offs are logged as they happen — so an audit, a licence review or a month-end question has an answer.

Built on our own systems

Pulse sits alongside Humanforce and Momentus rather than duplicating them, so rosters and events stay where they belong.

Getting access

Three steps, and you're in.

Access comes from your role and your site, so you shouldn't have to ask for each app separately. If something is missing, your manager can request it.

  1. Your manager adds you

You're set up in Pulse Core against your site and role — once, not app by app.

  2. Set your password

An invitation arrives by email with an activation code — your manager can read you the same code on the spot. Set a password once and it works across every Pulse app.

  3. Open the launcher

Sign in at Pulse Core and your apps are there. Add it to your phone's home screen for event days.

Stuck, locked out, or think something's wrong?

Tell us — a small problem on a Friday night is worth reporting. We'd rather fix it than have you work around it.

Can't sign in
Use “Forgot password” at Pulse Core, then ask your manager if you're still locked out.
